Casa verde was born from the desire of its owners to offer a bubble of serenity to those who love to travel and come to the Riviera dei Fiori.  Furnished in a bucolic style, but always with elegance and parsimony, the apartment was completely renovated in May 2023.

It offers all the comfort of new apartments: safe-deposit box, air conditioning, 42" smart TV, free wifi, combined however with the "charm" of old houses in a 1875 building in the old part of the city.

More concretely, Casa verde is composed of:

- an entrance open to the living area,

- a living room with a sofa bed which can welcome up to two people (with a160x200cm mattress)

- a kitchen with table for 4, a laundry corner (washing machine) and with American and Nespresso coffee machine

- a bathroom (with window) with a 90x130cm shower

- a double bedroom (still with a 160x200cm mattress)
